Who operates the application
Ruben Gutierrez | DJ Evo operates Evizion Booking and its email notification component for EVIZION MUSIC. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to evizionmusicofficial@gmail.com.
Information collected
The booking application stores the customer’s name, email address, phone number, language preference, event type, date and time, venue and address, guest count, service preferences, entertainment hours, package selection, and entered travel distance. It also stores estimates, approved pricing, agreement text and acceptance, booking status, event planning information, and any payment amount and reference recorded by the owner. Customers should enter only information needed for their event.
How information is used
Information is used to review availability and pricing, communicate about a request, present and record acceptance of the event agreement, coordinate planning, and record payments independently verified by DJ Evo. Transactional emails include request receipts, approved quotes, booking confirmations and owner alerts. The application does not use these details for advertising profiles or sell them.
Google and Gmail access
Only the owner authorizes Gmail. The application requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send permission to send booking-related email from the connected business account. It does not request permission to read the owner’s inbox, search messages, manage contacts, or delete email. Customers do not connect their email accounts. Gmail receives the message recipient, subject and body, which may include event details and a private event link. Google processes those emails under its own policies.
Google authorization storage
The Gmail refresh token is encrypted before storage in the hosted application database. The encryption key and Google client credentials are held in server-side hosting settings. Email message contents and recoverable customer event tokens are also encrypted before database storage. Authorization is used only for the described email functions. Access tokens are obtained when sending messages.
Hosting and other recipients
OpenAI Sites provides application hosting and sign-in infrastructure; the application uses a Cloudflare-backed database. These providers process information needed to host and operate the application. Gmail processes outgoing emails and their recipients receive the included information. Owner access is restricted to the configured owner account. Anyone who obtains a valid private event link may access that event’s customer page, so customers should not share it publicly.
Technical records and browser behavior
A hashed value derived from the connecting IP address and a short time window is stored to limit request abuse. The app records booking action history and email delivery records, including the recipient, message category, timestamps, delivery status and, when available, Gmail’s message identifier. Gmail acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Hosting and sign-in providers may process technical logs and use their own cookies. The application does not include an advertising tracker or request to read browsing history.
Payments
Deposits are sent using Zelle in the customer’s banking application. Evizion Booking does not collect banking passwords or card numbers and does not initiate a transfer. The owner records a verified received amount and a payment reference. Zelle and the customer’s bank process the transfer under their own policies.
Retention and requests
The current application has no automatic deletion schedule for booking records, action history, delivery records or stored Gmail authorization. Records remain until removed by the operator. Contact evizionmusicofficial@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. The operator will review the request, verify that it concerns your information, and explain any records that need to be retained for an active event, transaction or applicable obligation.
Disconnecting Gmail
The owner can revoke the application’s access in the Google Account third-party connections settings. This stops further authorized Gmail sends. Revoking access does not itself erase booking records, messages already sent, or the stored authorization record; contact the operator to request removal. Customers can request that future communication use another available channel.
Google API data use
Evizion Booking Email’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google account authorization is used for the described email functions, not advertising or unrelated profiling.
