About the application
Evizion Booking Email is the email notification component of Evizion Booking, operated by Ruben Gutierrez | DJ Evo of EVIZION MUSIC. The booking application helps customers request DJ and bilingual MC services for weddings, quinceañeras, Sweet Sixteens, corporate and community events, and private celebrations.
How booking works
Customers choose English or Spanish, provide event and contact details, and submit a request. DJ Evo reviews availability, the scope of services and pricing. The customer reviews the approved agreement through a private event link. A booking is confirmed after agreement acceptance and DJ Evo’s verification of the required deposit. A request or estimate alone does not reserve a date.
Why Gmail access is requested
Only the business owner connects Gmail. The application requests permission to send email using the gmail.send scope. It sends booking request receipts, approved quotes with private event links, booking confirmations, and owner alerts for new requests and accepted agreements. Customers do not authorize access to their Gmail accounts.
Your information
Contact and event details are used to manage requests and celebrations. Private event links allow access to event information and must be kept private. Our privacy policy explains storage, email processing and how to contact us about your information.
